The Chamberlin Hotel is torn down now. He used to sit on the point facing The Chesapeake Bay at Fort Monroe, Virginia. It was a fabulous resort with a large swimming pool, or you could swim in the bay. An old steam ship would leave from there and go to Maryland. It was an overnight trip. The hotel was elegant, the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen.
